Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant change management experienceProven track record leading organizational change initiatives in complex environmentsStrong expertise in change management methodologies (Kotter ADKAR Lean Change etc.)Experience with cultural transformation and ways of working evolutionExcellent facilitation and workshop design skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesStrong analytical skills with ability to assess change impact and readinessExperience coaching leaders through transformation challengesProject management certification or experience preferredAbility to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groupsAdaptability and resilience in fast-paced evolving environmentsExperience working in retail consumer goods or similar industries preferredWHAT YOU BRING
