Key Responsibilities of the Associate

Scope positions with clients and draft position descriptions based on initial site visits

Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and networking strategies

Evaluate candidates and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates throughout the search process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree

Two to six years of progressively responsible professional experience

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Relational talent and a collaborative nature
