Technical Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their project implementation team for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, evaluate, and organize client deliverables for configuration

Perform system installations, upgrades, and configurations, including integration with student information systems

Manage time effectively to meet scheduled deadlines and collaborate with various departments for client support

Required Qualifications

Experience implementing proprietary software

Ability to configure single sign-on (SSO) within various systems

Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology

Proven ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter attitude with a curious nature
