???? What You'll Do:

Your role will vary depending on the needs of the individuals you support and may include:

• Following care plans and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

• Completing shift documentation and communication logs.

• Supporting daily living activities such as cleaning, cooking, and light household duties.

• Assisting with community events, healthy food choices, and budget management.

• Encouraging hobbies, studies, and social activities.

• Providing personal care, hygiene, and bathing assistance (if needed).

• Assisting with lifting, transferring, or medication support (if applicable).

• Communicating with staff and managers about progress and needs.

• Maintaining a warm, respectful, and professional demeanor.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to helping others succeed.

• Weekend availability is highly desirable.

• DSP 1 & 2 certification preferred (we pay for certification if not yet completed).

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (training available).

• Valid driver’s license (if applicable for the role).
