CT Technologist Job Details

Location : Chico, California 95926 - Northern California healthcare jobs
Facility : Hospital - Level II Trauma Center
Assignment Type : Travel CT Technologist
Start Date : January 16, 2026
End Date : April 17, 2026
Duration : 13-week contract
Shift : Night shift, 12-hour shifts starting at 7 : 00 PM; weekend rotation required; flexibility for other shifts
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Salary : $2240 - $2400

CT Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CT scan experience (GE CT scanner experience preferred)

Current California Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT)

ARRT Certification - Registered Radiologic Technologist

Valid Fluoroscopy permit

Current CPR Certification

Successful completion of previous travel healthcare assignments

EPIC EMR experience

CT Technologist Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT scans per physician orders and hospital protocols

Operate GE CT scanners and related radiology equipment

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for optimal patient care

Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR system

Follow safety guidelines and infection control procedures

Participate in weekend rotations and adapt to various shifts as needed

Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced trauma hospital environment
