Hours / / Shifts : Medical Specialty : Schedule : Day shift Responsibilities : Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide hands-on therapy to children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring goals are met. Collaborate with the Physical Therapist, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions. Requirements : Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy. CPR Certification (current). Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience working with children with special needs. Knowledge of adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques for pediatric patients.
