The Schwartz Early Childhood School at the SJCC on Mercer Island is seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator with a strong foundation in child development and a deep commitment to fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning in young children. The ideal candidate is skilled in integrating Hebrew language and Jewish values into play-based, developmentally appropriate curricula and creates warm, inclusive classroom communities where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to explore their world.

The Schwartz Early Childhood School provides exceptional support to educators through mentorship, weekly planning time, monthly reflective supervision, new hire orientation, ongoing professional development, and access to abundant, high-quality materials.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Hebrew Speaking Early Childhood Teacher, you should have:

• Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to, skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
