This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Engineer in Simi Valley, CA. The Systems Engineer will design, develop, and test aerospace systems, including mechanical and electrical systems, navigation and guidance systems, and control systems. They will also conduct performance analysis, manage project resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

The Systems Engineer will be required to learn the company's technology and its use in different applications. They will be responsible for advising the management for the innovative use of the existing technology.

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in aerospace, Automobile, physics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering
• Experience with CAD software such as Mathcad, Mathlab, zygo, or SolidWorks
• Understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and materials
• Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
