Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects, presenting products or services, and providing excellent customer service to drive growth and customer retention. The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and skilled in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the sales or legal team.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product improvements, and service issues.
