Lead and scale Hadley Designs’ creator affiliate ecosystem, building systems, crafting viral content, and empowering hundreds of creators to showcase our screen‑free learning tools. This role blends strategy, communication, and execution to inspire families globally and drive predictable GMV growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee creator sourcing and qualification, refining the Ideal Creator Profile using performance data.

Lead daily creator communication via email and WhatsApp, fostering a thriving community and driving engagement.

Develop 3+ weekly high‑converting hook and script combos, translating viral insights into actionable content for creators.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in e‑commerce, with proven success managing large creator networks.

Strong writing and communication skills, adept at crafting compelling hooks that drive sales.

Analytical, growth‑focused, excellent organization, and follow‑through; capable of motivating creators without hand‑holding.
