As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression and the final goodbye for our guests. You will assist with reservations, check ins and check outs, answer questions, coordinate guest needs, and help create memorable experiences for every visitor. You will work closely with hotel, casino, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly and guests feeling taken care of.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will gain hands on experience in hospitality, cashiering, guest relations, and hotel operations while working in an exciting, 24 hour property.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
Support hotel, restaurant, and casino services
Perform cashiering and payment transactions
Help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable guest experience
What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and detail oriented individuals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfort working in a fast paced environment
Hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
