Electrical Level 2 Installer

VP Services in Fairfax Station, VA is looking to hire a full-time Electrical Level 2 Installer to help us fulfill residential and commercial calls by swapping out recessed lighting, working on wiring, servicing panel upgrades as well as adding or replacing outlets, switches, or dimmers. Key Responsibilities :

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical systems, such as large panels, control systems, and machinery wiring
• Independently handle large-scale rewiring, new builds, or complicated electrical configurations
• Perform system diagnostics and repairs without supervision
• Lead projects and communicate directly with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure compliance and quality
• Upload After Pictures : Capture high-quality, comprehensive photos of finished work, showcasing not only the end result but also any critical components or systems that may need inspection (e.g., panels, controls, circuits).
• After-Job Notes : Provide detailed after-job notes covering any challenges, deviations from plans, material issues, and special instructions for future maintenance or follow-up.
• Efficiency : Ensure that all installations are completed on time, meeting or exceeding the project deadline. Lead by example in managing time effectively and minimizing any delays.
• Zero Call-backs : Ensure that work is flawless and does not require revisits or additional work post-completion. Anticipate potential problems and address them proactively.
