Job Description
We are looking for a Greeter/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers, assist with loaner fleet, assist with drive organization, and possible outbound phone calls

Responsibilities
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the lot porters and service advisors
- Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Create Loaner Agreements for customers
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist 1 or 2 times a week in writing Service Xpress repair orders
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Needs be able to work a 9-6 Mon-Fri Schedule with possible Saturday
