[job_card.job_description]Annual ED Volume : 21,000 EMR : Epic 16% admission rate, representing > Level III Trauma Center 17 main ED treatment rooms plus three holding areas and Split-Flow area with 5 Fast-Track Patient services sites Close proximity to all radiology services, with bedside ultrasound in the main ED ED Point of Care testing Flexible documentation system using templates and voice recognition; Scribes available Emergency physicians do not write admitting orders Excellent ACLS-certified nursing staff 90-bed hospital ER and imaging center in neighborhood for easy access for the community In-house 24-hour Hospitalist service, general surgery, orthopedic, critical care intensivist physicians available for all admissions Medical staff of 800 representing most major specialties, including : Hospitalist service, Neurosurgery, Interventional Cardiology with an active Cardiac Catherization service, Trauma Surgery, Interventional Radiology Certified Stroke Program Radiologists read all studies 24-7 Modern equipment includes helical and conventional CT scanners, MRI Turnaround times for x-rays and CTs is less than 30 minutes; point of care STAT labs, etc. Close referral and consultative relationships with three sister facilities in the near vicinity, including two Level II Trauma Centers $4,000 tax-free CME / BEA annually $6,500 plus your state and DEA license in year one for new graduates Groundbreaking 100% Paid Parental Leave Pioneering Paid Military Leave Student loan refinancing as low as 2.99% Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Rx coverage Short- and long-term disability (own occupation) Unmatched medical malpractice including tail and free litigation support USACS malpractice claims are less than 1 / 2 the national average! - Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of up to $250 / hour.
