We areseekinga skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you willbe responsible forthe maintenance, repair, and operation of various shop equipment, machinery, and tools. Additionally, you willbe responsible forthe upkeep of field tools and building maintenance, including painting,carpentry, and landscaping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.The ideal candidate will alsooperatesafely and prioritize safety in every aspect of the job. Wefirmly believethat safety must be the first consideration in all that we do.

• Maintain shop equipment, including :
• CNC machines
• Welders
• Brodersons
• Forklifts
• Golf carts
• Plasma tables
• Lathes
• Press brakes
• Mills
• Saws
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Perform building maintenance tasks, including :
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Moving furniture
• Snow removal
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Moving Equipment
• Other tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Follow safety protocols andmaintaina safe working environment
• Manage subcontractors on maintenance work performed by outside resources
• Familiar with Lockout / Tagout process and procedures
