• Test Planning and Coordination :

o Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

o Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand the scope and requirements.

o Schedule and manage testing activities to align with project timelines.

o Lead the execution of test cases, both manual and automated.

o Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all functional and non-functional requirements.

o Monitor and report on test progress, including test execution status, defect status, and test metrics.

o Mentor and guide test engineers, providing technical support and training as needed.

o Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of testing activities.

o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

o Identify, document, and track defects using an issue tracking system (e.g., Jira).

o Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.

o Perform root cause analysis for critical defects and implement corrective actions.

o Ensure that testing processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.

o Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.

o Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
