About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Medix to find a qualified Ultrasound in Minnesota!

Medix is partnering with a healthcare facility to staff a travel Ultrasound Technologist starting 1 / 5 / 2026 for a 6 month assignment. Our client has requested seaonsed clinician who can seamlessly integrate into their team and adhere to established protocols while providing excellent patient care.

Location : Hutchinson / Olivia, MN (two locations)

Start Date : January 5, 2026

Length of Assignment : Approximately 6 Months (1040 Hours Expected Duration)

Schedule : Typically 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Will transition to 10-hour shifts in the future). Includes participation in a call rotation (Hutchinson site only) with holidays and weekends.

State License Needed : Minnesota License

Requirements

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations on patients of all ages, adapting techniques and responding to their individual needs appropriately.

Collaborate closely with the Radiologist, following their preferred imaging protocols and providing accurate information regarding the patient’s symptoms and physical history.

Accurately enter all exam charges into the system or direct them to Material Services and Pharmacy as required.

Participate in a rotational on-call schedule (Hutchinson site only), which includes holidays and weekends, to provide 24 / 7 emergency ultrasound coverage for patients.

Demonstrate the ability to remain objective and exercise sound judgment in crisis situations and when addressing specific issues.

Must have valid Driver's License and / or reliable transportation to report to work in both Hutchinson and Olivia, MN .
