Job Description
We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with commercial line clients. You will grow the book of business and maximize profitable relationships. This is an in office position with possibility for remote work in the future. Individual can work independently and is self-motivated. ndividual will be responsible for selling and securing new business for our small to medium sized clients. Individual will quote new business as well as renewals and help service their own and existing clients. Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Active insurance license
• Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial lines producer or in a similar role
• Proven track record of B2B sales experience
• Skilled in negotiation and communication
• Highly organized with strong time management skills

Job Title: Full-time Insurance Agent
Compensation: DOE $70k-$120k ($70k base salary plus commission)
Benefits: Permanent position after 90 days will receive full benefits-health, dental,
vision, LTD, life, matching 401k and FSA.
