Leads the implementation of Responsible AI (RAI) frameworks and practices across AI / ML systems, ensuring ethical AI deployment, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging AI governance standards. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success. Help write the policy that will influence how the department tests and evaluates AI across the joint force.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAI frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and explainability
• Develop automated testing pipelines for AI model validation and monitoring
• Create governance processes for AI model lifecycle management
• Implement model interpretability and explainability solutions
• Establish metrics and monitoring systems for RAI compliance
• Lead cross-functional teams in RAI best practices adoption
• Develop training materials and documentation for RAI implementation
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI regulatory requirements

This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and is not eligible for overtime pay. Compensation for this position is provided on a salaried basis and is not subject to reduction based on hours worked.
