A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor and document production quality in support of departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer contact for quality assurance
Design quality monitoring formats and standards
Document quality results and present feedback to management for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance in a call center or similar environment
Proficient understanding of QA methodologies and quality monitoring practices
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and propose actionable solutions
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Healthcare experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
