The core responsibilities of this role include : Reporting directly to the Senior Systems Analyst and partnering with them on duties.

Position : Planner Coordinator

Shift : Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm

Pay : $26.50 per hour

Additional Requirements : This position may require overtime as needed, including coming in on certain days or at specific hours. Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proper phone and email etiquette. Additionally, you must be open to cross-training and assisting in other areas as necessary.

Role Purpose : Provides to the customer product, service and transit information while processing orders and resolving any product and service issues. Acts as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution; under close supervision, may tender to carriers as part of resolution process.
