Our company is searching for the Program Managers for the Supportive Living Services in Garden Grove, California.

The Program Manager will provide ongoing support and supervision to clients and employees that provide supportive living services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes.

• Experience working with the Regional Center of Orange County is a major PLUS!
• Experience in reviewing budgets and business plans.
• Responsible to establish a culture of top level quality service delivery.  Forming relationships with employees and external customers (regional center personnel, etc.) to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
• Advocate and support clients rights so that they are treated fairly.
• Prepare your branch to be audit-ready at all times.
