Direct Hire Opportunity - Sales Support Specialist

PrideStaff's client is seeking committed, driven, hardworking, and determined candidates to join their Sales Support Specialist team. This position is a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Our Sales Support team will target, source, and screen relevant industry specialists, who our clients could speak with to help them make better informed business investment decisions. As a client-focused company, our client's needs drive our work, you can expect to work on multiple requests that span a wide range of industries and geographies on any given day. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm located in office in downtown Dallas with great amenities within walking distance and paid parking.

Annual salary for the first year is $60,000.

Main position responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of industries in order to understand the gaps in our clients' knowledge and identify the most relevant individuals (professionals and often C-level executives working at the heart of their industries) to take part in a 1:1 consultations with our clients via phone
• Engage with these individuals to understand whether they are the right fit for our clients
• Discuss and recruit relevant individuals to take part in a consultation with our client and negotiate the terms
• Set up consultations - scheduling, contracts, compliance requirements
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing company contacts and build new ones with industry experts you have identified
• The work is fast paced you will be working on multiple requests on any given day, all with tight timelines, and spanning a wide variety of industries across multiple geographies, which you will need to understand at a high level. We look for individuals who are excited by a hands-on, high performing and results-oriented role
• You'll need to think on your feet and adapt your communication style as you speak on the phone with people across industries and levels
• Teamwork is essential - you'll be collaborating with others locally and internationally when executing on projects, across time zones

A minimum of 2 months training is provided.

Qualifications:

• Entry Level - College Degree Required
• 2 Years or Less of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Self-motivated
• The ability to work well in a team and independently
