A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will advocate for restaurant partners and manage complex interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage escalated restaurant partner issues requiring experienced judgment and a solutions-first mindset
Handle retention conversations with partners at risk of canceling, utilizing empathy and product knowledge
Support account-focused needs, including add-on services, account information updates, and platform questions
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles handling escalated, sensitive, or relationship-driven situations
Comfortable working with technology and quick to learn new tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
Available to work shifts between 6 : 00am-7 : 00pm PT, including weekends and holidays
Organized and capable of managing multiple open cases simultaneously
Calm and empathetic communicator who can handle difficult conversations without losing relationships
