About the Opportunity

Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a dedicated and board certified Pediatric Radiology for a full-time employed position to join our team on the island of O'ahu. The ideal candidate will be experienced, a team player, and dedicated to providing high quality medical care.

• Responsibility would include a mix of approximately pediatric (70%) and adult (30%) radiology services across a diverse population and multiple facilities

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree or foreign equivalent

• American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified/eligible

• Have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in pediatric radiology and have passed or be eligible for the CAQ examination in Pediatric Radiology

• Eligibility for a full Hawaii medical license and its acquisition before starting employment

• Breast imaging experience is preferred but not required

About Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i's only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i's leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani. The medical center is home to the Kapi'olani Women's Center and the Women's Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapi'olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.
