RN Home Health - Monroe, NC - Local or Traveler

Mon- Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

13 weeks

Shift : M-F until shift is complete

On-call info : Every 6th weekend and one evening every 2 weeks- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs

Travel Area : Union and Anson County

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Skills

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required

CHPN certification - Preferred

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required

Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferredd
