AttorneyPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Real Estate law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, property law, and contract negotiations. This role will focus on providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing clients in real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and property law
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and real estate documents
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to real estate
- Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues
- Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations
- Assist in litigation related to real estate matters as needed
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property law
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
