Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Real Estate law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, property law, and contract negotiations. This role will focus on providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing clients in real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and property law
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and real estate documents
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to real estate
• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues
• Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations
• Assist in litigation related to real estate matters as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required
