Grill Line Cook

Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! Line Cooks will be responsible for grill Line setup and teardown, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 Years old to apply
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
• Grill cook experience a plus
• Comply with company cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work history
• Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints
