In this position the engineer will provide the technical expertise needed in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing test systems, processes and tooling required in the support of ongoing plant operations and production activities. The responsibilities of the position include:

• developing test and manufacturing processes
• lead product and/ or process improvement teams
• supports and leads, when necessary, the planning and purchase of manufacturing tools, equipment and supplies
• works comps comfortably with peer and cross functional engineering groups in the performance of concurrent engineering
• Reviews processes and initiates corrective action when necessary
• Performs FAIR's per AS9102
