Facility Maintenance Technician - Commercial Properties (Fresno, CA)

Are you an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering top-quality work in high-end environments? A prestigious property management company in Fresno, known for managing some of the finest commercial spaces in the area, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

About the Role :

You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of commercial buildings, including office buildings, high-rises, restaurants, retail spaces, and other premier properties. This position requires someone who is highly professional, dependable, and experienced in maintaining the highest standards for luxury commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including :
• Lighting and electrical
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Plumbing repairs
• Light HVAC service and support
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside specialty contractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to keep facilities in excellent condition.
• Travel between multiple commercial properties across Fresno as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance or building technician experience.
