A company is looking for a Mail List Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Process client mailing lists using proprietary automation tools and USPS-certified software
Perform data hygiene operations to maintain USPS compliance and delivery accuracy
Generate required USPS documentation and validate address quality and sortation logic
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in mail list processing or postal data management
In-depth understanding of USPS data standards and mail presort methodologies
Strong analytical and data management skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and postal configuration issues
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred
