Title : Business Data Analyst (Product Marketing Data)

Location : St. Louis, Missouri

Company : Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)

Initial term : 12 months (position expected to run longer)

Schedule : 40 hours / week. On site M-Th, remote on Fridays

Our Data & Analytics Product Management Team is seeking a talented Contract Business Analyst to help us drive data-driven decision-making and enhance brand experiences.

Position Overview :

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data across various domains, including consumer behavior, digital media, and business processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders across marketing, sales, e-commerce, and consumer insights to identify requirements and develop high-quality data products. Your technical acumen and hands-on expertise will be essential in translating complex data into actionable insights that support our strategic goals.

An ideal candidate will understand marketing data and have business technical experience (Power BI, SQL, Databricks).

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, examine, and shape requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation of business needs.
• Facilitate the identification and translation of core business needs into high-quality data products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business Partners to refine a robust backlog of user stories.
• Enhance end-user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing and product delivery.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
