Starting Pay is $13.50/hour w/no experience up to $15.00/hour w/experience

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CARE Professionals to service various areas of Allen County and enhance the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and polite conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*

Should be:

• Professional, self-directed, and the ability to work with little supervision
• Goal-oriented and career-minded

Must :

• Be over 18
• Pass a criminal background check
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have current and continuous auto insurance
• Have a dependable car that is for your primary use
• Pass a drug screen
