Description :

The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, and assessing physical therapy services for both inpatients and outpatients.

This role is integral to improving patients' physical health and mobility post-surgery or due to chronic conditions.

Evaluate patients and create individualized therapy plans addressing cognitive, emotional, educational, physical, and age-related needs.

Collaborate with supervisors to compile necessary reports and data.

Administer therapy and rehabilitation techniques, ensuring positive outcomes.

Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of therapy equipment, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.

Work schedule includes Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
