In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting our employees with payroll-related inquiries. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliProcess and manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. / liliReview timesheets and other payroll input data to detect and resolve payroll discrepancies. / liliRun and reconcile payroll reports and audits. / liliMaintain and update employee payroll records with confidentiality and precision. / liliRespond to employee paycheck questions and issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner. / liliEnsure all payroll transactions are properly documented and saved for auditing and compliance purposes. / liliCollaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies and support cross-functional initiatives. / liliStay updated on changes to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure organizational compliance. / liliAssist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 and other tax statement preparation. / liliIdentify needed additions, updates and edits to payroll processing guide and user quick reference guides and make required modifications. / liliEmployment verification processing support. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliAssociate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred. / lili2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role. / liliSolid understanding of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations. / liliProficiency with HRIS and Payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). / liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. / liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. / liliAbility to handle confidential information with discretion. / liliStrong organizational and time-management abilities. / li / ulpWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
