- Present Virtual Presentations for students inquiring about TTU and Admitted Students - 30%
- Plan and Execute Virtual Student Appointment Events for all partnership Community Colleges - 30%
- Connect immediately with new inquiries and student appointment requests to help them with major choices, goals for the degree, and the application - 30%
- Plan and implement a full, organized recruitment schedule for potential TTU Online students - 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales and territory management experience.
- Experience with presenting to large audiences.
- Experience in admissions desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- Customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal five years.
This position requires eligibility to drive TTU vehicles, including a valid U.S. driver license and two years of driving experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship software, Salesforce.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, enrollment goals, university facts, knowledge of recruitment market, and proficient use of admissions and recruitment technology.
- Working knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions.
