The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Accounting and Project Management teams as it relates to maintaining and managing project related compliance documents on an ongoing basis. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $22 to $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Send labor compliance requirements to subcontractors when notified they will be working on a project
- Collect labor compliance documents for all subcontractors on each project
- Review unapproved invoices and make sure all documents have been submitted before invoice approval
- Update SL Compliance once certified payroll report is received to avoid payment delays
- Send reminder emails to subcontractors regarding certified payroll documents that need to be kept current or may be missing
- File and save certified payroll reports and update labor compliance tracker
- Act as liaison between subcontractor and Project Manager regarding completion of subcontractor scope of work
- Provide missing documents as appropriate and as needed in order to collect on a payment application
- Review LCPTracker to verify subcontractor status on certified payroll and save related reports
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to adhere to firm deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of LCPTracker a plus
