Technical/Functional Skills
·3+years QA experience
·Proficiencyin manual testing methodologies and techniques, including functional,regression and end-to-end integration testing.
·Strongcommunication skills to collaborate with developers, BSA’s and other onshoreteam members.
·Experiencecollaborating effectively with co-located development and QA team.
·AnalyticalSkills: The ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios andcases effectively.
·Domainknowledge - Policy admin systems, Life Insurance and Annuity domain experiencewould be a great plus. (Optional)
·BasicSQL queries
·Knowledgeand understanding of working with QA tools / Jira, to create and execute testcases and to log/track defects.
·Basicknowledge on API testing
·Experienceworking on Agile team and ceremonies.
·Testingprograms that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios,regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Roles& Responsibilities
·Part of Scrumteam and will be responsible to create, update, execute testcases.
·Ability towork with multiple stakeholders and in a distributedenvironment(onsite/offshore)
