Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Network & Systems Engineer to support and enhance our client's enterprise infrastructure. This role combines network engineering, systems administration, and virtualization expertise to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support a Cisco-based network, including routers, switches, chassis, and related infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment across the organization.
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, routing, VPN tunnels, and security configurations.
- Oversee Aruba wireless solutions using Aruba Central.
- Administer Windows server environments, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory domain controllers.
- Create and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) aligned with company standards and access requirements.
- Provide systems administration for data center hardware, servers, and storage provisioning.
- Configure and maintain VMware hosts, virtual machines, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Support Tier 3 service desk escalations, including break / fix issues and application upgrades.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure environment reliability.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
