A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate budgets and contract payment terms with clinical sites and investigators
Review clinical trial protocols and develop site contracts and investigator budgets
Ensure compliance with Fair Market Value principles and maintain effective site relations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clinical Trial Contracts (CRO or Pharma)
Strong negotiating skills
Experience with Fair Market Value compliance
Solid understanding of budget review for site contracts
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
