This role reports directly to the VP of US Operations and is open to candidates relocating into El Paso, TX. / ppThis isnt just about customer service its about shaping a culture of excellence that wins strongCarrier of the Year awards / strong, drives account growth, and leads the industry in customer experience. / ppstrongWhat Youll Do : / strong / pulliLead and mentor a high-performing team of 25+ across service, management, and director levels / liliBuild strategies that grow high-potential accounts and strengthen mature ones / liliDrive automation, process improvements, and KPI development across the organization / liliPartner with Sales, Brokerage, IT, and Dedicated Ops to create seamless customer success solutions / li / ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For : / strong / pulli5-7 (Five to Seven) years or more experience in Transportation with a strong focus in Customer Success, as well as 3 years of proven leadership in transportation customer success / liliBachelors degree in relevant field / liliTrack record of earning strongCarrier of the Year / strong recognition / liliExtensive experience in performance management on teams with at least 25 associates / employees / liliStrategic mindset with long-term planning experience / liliHands-on expertise in systems like AS / 400, McLeod, or Manhattan / liliA leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and results / li / ulpMesilla Valley Transportation began in 1982 as a small independent fleet in the Southwest.
