The work involves performing activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines : failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

Key responsibilities include :

• Aggregating demand signals for both Firm / Forecast demand to drive demand plan completeness
• Collaborating with Program Managers, Business Development, and Sustainment demand owners to capture accurate and timely forecast updates are incorporated into the SIOP process.
• Managing risks / gaps / actions associated with Demand.
• Forecasting / modeling over the lifecycle of a product.
• Aggregating LRP / Sales Plan execution risk at different business levels.
• Ensuring SIOP governance and guardrails are followed through demand entry monitoring.
• Collaborating with Production Master Scheduling to help plan changes prior to major factory replanning efforts.
• Focused on SIOP early engagement to ensure that opportunities and proposals are analyzed for supportability prior to demand creation.
• Capturing and aggregating risk and opportunities to execution.
• Managing gap action and risk tracking / escalation / closure.
• Supporting Demand Loads to ensure all requirements are loaded with full Lead Time and in alignment with SIOP simulation output.
• Collaborating with Program Managers and Sustainment demand stream owners to drive improvements in forecasting processes in support of firm demand planning.
• Overseeing BA financial risk analysis and chairs business area decision forums.
• Coordinating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations to successfully execute SIOP process.
