Life Review and Companionship

Elevation Hospice is a small hospice agency committed to serving our patients and families throughout the end of life experience. We are looking for a few committed volunteers to support our patients with companionship, life review, and a calming presence. We are a staff comprised of committed individuals that believe death is a part of life, with such beautiful and unique experiences for all of us. As a volunteer at Elevation you will be a part of a kind, caring, and committed team that makes a difference everyday. This volunteer opportunity consists of visiting our patients where every they call home ie assisted livings, independent livings, or their home. Visits would be based on your availability to help.
