Key Responsibilities
Conduct full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Build candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and attend recruitment events
Consult with management to recommend qualified applicants and perform compensation analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding principles and practices
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in large-scale and / or healthcare organizations preferred
