Physical Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Physical Security Engineer to design and develop security solutions for buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead security design efforts, including preliminary assessments and concept creation

Produce drawings and specifications while ensuring timely project completion

Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred

10+ years of experience in planning, designing, and commissioning physical security systems

Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred; security certifications (CISSP, CPP, etc.) are a plus

In-depth knowledge of physical security systems and network technologies

Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365 / Office
