Job Summary :

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer for our Platform team in Seattle, WA, to provide first-level support and development for incoming production software application issues, particularly within merchandising applications. The role is critical in developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes for internally developed code, with a direct impact on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement monitoring solutions to scrutinize our features effectively.

Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, primarily Java, and perform necessary SQL queries to resolve issues.

Collaborate with development teams on Clients' Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software.

Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems.

Regularly update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability.

Must-Have Skills :

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React , applying strong DSA fundamentals for efficient and optimized code.
• Design scalable systems and deploy solutions on AWS , ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to system design discussions and collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions.
