Overview :

At Cloudflare were committed to delivering seamless and accurate payroll experience to ourglobal workforce. As our company grows we are expanding our international payroll capabilitiesand are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to join our team in role will play a critical part in the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multipleinternational regions. Youll work closely with HR Finance and external vendors to ensuretimely accurate and compliant payroll processing while continuously seeking opportunities toimprove processes and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage day-to-day international payroll operations across designated countriesincluding base pay bonuses commissions equity transactions benefits and statutory requirements.
• Partner closely with HR to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data for payroll processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of off-cycle payments including manual payments and electronic bank transfers.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports and provide formal and ad-hoc analysis related to payroll headcount benefits and compensation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors and ensure compliance with local tax laws labor regulations and reporting requirements.
