What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific policies. Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with site personnel and Allied Universal management as needed. Communicate promptly and clearly with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
