Lia Nissan Enfield Automotive F&I Manager

Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI to our team. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term repeat business relationships with all our customers.

COMPENSATION RANGE : $75K-$150K

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as an Auto Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry (preferred)

Strong knowledge of automotive financing lending options and industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Proficient in relevant software and technology for finance and documentation

Must have a clean and valid drivers license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collaborate with sales teams to identify suitable financing options for customers

Review credit applications and financial documentation to determine eligibility for loans and leases

Present financing options to customers and explain terms interest rates and repayment plans

Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and negotiate terms on behalf of customers

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing

Coordinate and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process addressing any concerns or questions

Stay updated on industry trends financing options and best practices
