Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email
• Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
• Complete sales paperwork
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean showroom
• Set up test drives and answer customer questions
• Attend ongoing training sessions

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Contact potential customers using lead lists and prospecting strategies
• Assist with test drives
• Review and prepare sale-related paperwork
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups
• Keep the showroom organized and clean
• Stay updated on new vehicle models and features
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Qualifications

Lots of successful sales consultants used to be bartenders, servers, pastors, call center reps, door-to-door salespeople, restaurant managers, trainers, coaches, and more! If you can work with people, we can work with you!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in computer and internet applications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions

• Full-time, 5-day work week with every Sunday off
• Fast-paced, competitive environment
• Occasionally lift/move objects up to 50 pounds
• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Primarily phone-based and in-person customer service
